These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WhatsBuilt website at whatsbuilt.fi (the "Website"), operated by WhatsBuilt Oy ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Finland.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Service Description

WhatsBuilt is an offline-first asset inspection platform for the construction industry. The Website provides information about our products, features, and pricing, and allows you to submit a demo request via our contact form.

Access to the WhatsBuilt application ("Platform") is governed by a separate subscription agreement provided upon registration.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its infrastructure
• Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Website
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Website

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, 3D models, software, and design — is the property of WhatsBuilt Oy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written permission.

5. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit a demo request or inquiry through our contact form, you consent to us processing your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not obligated to respond to every inquiry, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so within 5 business days.

6. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, WhatsBuilt Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website shall not exceed €100.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
